Privacy Policy

Last updated August 17, 2026

Harlo HQ LLC ("Harlo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or communicate with us about our services.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, your browser prepares an email to Harlo. The website itself does not store the form submission. If you send the email, we receive the information through our email provider, including your name, work email, organization, approximate employee count, solution interests, and any message you choose to provide.

Please do not submit employee names, medical information, leave documentation, or other sensitive personal information through the website or ordinary email. If sensitive information is needed for an engagement, Harlo will establish an appropriate method for exchanging it.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timing, and diagnostic logs. Harlo does not currently use advertising cookies, sell personal information, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether Harlo may be a fit.
  • Communicate about requested services or an existing business relationship.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website and our business.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Service providers and disclosure

We may disclose information to providers that support website hosting, email, security, and business operations, subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiry information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our records, and applicable legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Harlo does not currently meet the thresholds that generally make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will update this policy if our obligations change.
